Constitution and Bylaws

CHARGE

The Constitution and Bylaws Committee shall consider suggested changes submitted by the Council, various committees or members of the Society, and where appropriate, prepare proposed draft revisions and/or amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws for distribution to the membership for review and comment.

COMPOSITION
The Committee shall be composed of three members, one member per year appointed by the President and serving a term of three years. In addition, the President shall serve as an ex-officio member of the Committee. During the third year of his/her term, a member shall serve as chairperson. Ad hoc members may be appointed as deemed appropriate by the President to serve only for the year of appointment.
