Online Abstract Submission

Guidelines

  1. You must use the link to register as a user of the abstract submission system.
  2. Abstracts must be submitted in the template file.
  3. Abstract body should be no more than 2300 characters in length-not including Title, Authors or Affiliations. This limit does include all text, spaces and punctuation.
  4. Each abstract must fit within the abstract template and use the Arial font in size 11.
  5. The title should be as brief as possible but long enough to indicate clearly the nature of the study. Capitalize the first letter of each word.  No full stop at the end.
  6. Authors and affiliations should not be included in the template file.  You will be prompted for this information during your submission.
  7. Abstracts should state briefly and clearly the purpose, methods, results and conclusions of the work.
  8. The deadline for abstract submission has passed
  9. Abstract programming notification will be sent by April 5, 2006.
