Government Rate

The Marriott Louisville Downtown has limited number of government rated rooms. These rooms are outside of the Teratology Society Annual Meeting room block and can be reserved by calling toll free at (800) 228-9290 or direct at (502) 627-5045, or via the Marriott Louisville Downtown Web site.

Reservation Deadlines and Requirements

You must reserve your room at the Marriott Louisville Downtown prior to June 7 (deadline extended). All rates are subject to applicable taxes, currently 15.01%. The room rates are based on single/double occupancy. If there will be a third person in your room, there is an additional charge of $10 per night plus tax. There is no charge for children under 18 years occupying the same room as their parents.

Wheelchair accessible rooms are available. Persons with special needs should inform the hotel when making reservations. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. There are fees associated with checking out late. Please discuss any late check out arrangements you might need when making your reservation or when you check into the hotel. The Marriott Louisville Downtown has a two day advance cancellation policy.
