Student/Postdoctoral Fellow Room Sharing Program

The Teratology Society is pleased to provide a Student/Postdoctoral Fellow Room Sharing Program. This program is designed to help students and postdoctoral fellows reduce the cost of attending the Annual Meeting. The room sharing program is open to all students and postdoctoral fellows attending the 2012 Teratology Society Annual Meeting. Forms must be completed no later than May 14, 2012.

The function of the room sharing program is to help participants to find a roommate. The program does NOT secure a room for you. There are a limited number of rooms that have been set aside for students at a reduced rate of $149. Participation in this program does not guarantee the student room rate. Hotel arrangements must be made early, before the room matching service close date, to ensure you secure a room with the reduced student rate. Hotel Room-Sharing Form

The Teratology Society will keep a list of students who wish to share a room with another student to reduce expenses. If you are interested in finding a roommate, please submit the following form to the Teratology Society (preferred), or fax it to 703.438.3113 to be placed on the list.

Make sure you supply us with complete information and mention that you want to be placed on the hotel room-sharing list. If information is incomplete, we cannot guarantee that your name will be included.

The Teratology Society will handle communication between students.
