The Teratology Society invites you to participate as an exhibitor at the 56th Annual Meeting of the Teratology Society, June 25–29, 2016, at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio, in San Antonio, Texas.
The Annual Meeting brings together 400+ scientists, administrators, and managers from industry, academia, government and regulatory agencies to discuss the most up-to-date developments in congenital (birth) defects including their nature, cause, mechanisms, and prevention. Attendees represent the disciplines of pediatrics, anatomy, epidemiology, pharmacology and industrial toxicology, developmental biology, obstetrics, pathology, and genetics.
The exhibit hall will open on Sunday night with the Welcome Reception. This year attendees from the Teratology Society and our sister societies, Organization of Teratology Information Specialists (OTIS) and Developmental Neurotoxicology Society (DNTS) will be at the Poster Session on Monday evening. The exhibit hall will close on Tuesday evening after the second Poster Session. To maximize visibility, breaks (morning, mid-morning, and afternoon) will be held in the exhibit hall.
After remaining the same price for 10 years, the cost for a standard 8' x 10' booth is now $850. Corner booths (8’ x 10’) are now $950.
Review the floor plan and exhibition guidelines and complete the exhibitor application to secure your booth today!
