is a time-sensitive Request for Information (RFI) regarding a possible
change in the current 25-page limit of the Research Plan section

New guidelines for voluntary oversight of hESC research
have been published by the International Society for Stem Cell Research
(ISSCR). These are similar to those developed by the National
Academy of Science. Both of these guidelines are open for
