Kathie Wisner to Receive AMWA’s Women in Science Award

Kathie Wisner has been selected as the recipient of AMWA’s Women in Science Award for the year 2011. The award is presented to a woman physician who has made exceptional contributions to medical science, especially in women’s health, through her basic clinical research, her publications, and leadership in her field.

The awards presentation will take place during the upcoming Annual Meeting in Washington D.C., during the banquet on Saturday evening, April 2, 2011.
